For those who've played around a
Lensbaby, either the original or 2.0, you'd know that it's almost impossible to shoot IR with it.

This is because unlike normal lenses, lensbabies are not brought into focus by the turning of rings but are instead focused by squeezing the lens with your fingers. This action would most times require both your hands, so it would be impossible to pre-focus and then mount the IR filter, even if your camera was mounted on a tripod. This situation has now changed with the arrival of the D70i...

All photos were taken with the D70i + Lensbaby 2.0 + macro filter. Other manual settings are as follows:
Aperture: f/8
Shutter: 1/500
Flash: SB800 @ 1/128 with softbox
These are indoor still-life shots, will do outdoor structure/people/creature shots soon.
By the way, in case you're thinking that the lensbaby isn't very sharp, I'll tell you that it is. These are soft partially due to the IR and the need for focal compensation. On a normal camera, the Lensbaby 2.0 is tack-sharp in its sweet-spot.
Comments/criticisms/suggestions etc, etc welcomed.
Thanks for looking.
