Went to look for the Indian Rojak that used to be opposite St. Joseph's Institution. Found it. At a coffee shop at Waterloo Street.

Wah Shiok man!

Then went for a walk around town, here are some pics to share and for comments.

Sorry to disappoint those wanting to see colours, all pp to BnW.

Shiok man... the weather today is good!
Surprised to see B&W... something new. Nice and good tone! Good CWB used.

#1 - Nice angle, DOF a bit shallow.
#2 - Very nice tone and composition. IMO, left-building cut off. Still good shot.
#3 - No tripod... slightly over & off, but still nice shot!
#4 - Nice tone and angle... if never cut off the building, it will be better.
#5 to #7 - Good & Nice.
#8 - How I wish the drum is not there.

p.s. think with color will be even better... shoot again haha0000.gif

Thanks Billitone,

I think there's no restriction in shooting inside CHIJMES, the security saw me walkiing in with a camera. In fact I took some shots in front of him and he did not stop me.

But noticed that vehicles going in have to stop at the gate for security check.

It's alright to shoot ... Go Go Go.

Constuctive comments again, thanks.

The weather is not only good, also damn hot. Really sweat man.

The CWB used was the one I reset at Kent Ridge Park on a very light patch on grass. Not able to get very saturated blues with the R72.

Shoot Again ??? wallbash.gif No lah!

Here're the coloured ones.

I find the lens perspective for some subjects, especially architecture very "kang kor" leh. Wonder how the Sigma 10mm-20mm performs in this respect.

Like this. Can ???

Thanks Panda,

If only I could get consistency in my composition, I'll be happy. But there's so much to learn in terms of composition.

So guess I'll have to shoot more, post and get you guys to guide me.
